QUALIFICATION:  Candidate must have or be eligible for certification in Special Education General Curriculum (P-12) issued by the Georgia Professional Standards Commission. Certification in Special Education Core Academic Content (Math) at the 6th -8th-grade level is also desired. 

 

Provide appropriate learning experiences and educational opportunities for special education students. 

 

DESIRED BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience providing specially designed instruction
• Experience writing IEPs
• Very flexible
• A student advocate; a good working relationship with parents
