The individual must have or be eligible to hold a Georgia Paraprofessional License issued by the Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC). 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:  Working under the direction of a certified teacher, provide support services to the classroom including:

• Prepare instructional materials
• Instruct/supervise students
• Perform clerical tasks
• All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of two years of college credit OR a high school diploma and a passing score on the paraprofessional assessment test is required.  Experience working with young children is preferred.
